It is of the utmost importance that drive shafts are properly measured. If we are to replace an existing drive shaft, we will ask you to bring in your existing part. This is the most accurate means of measuring and fabricating to your exact specifications. If for any reason you are unable to bring in the drive shaft, or if you are needing a completely new part, below are a few illustrations to measure the needed part.
It is always recommended that you call us first to discuss your needs. For replacement drive shafts, specifications can change from year to year for each model of vehicle. You will need to provide us with the make, model, and year of the vehicle.


Measure from the face (flat part) of the differential flange to the seal on the transmission.


Measure from the yolk of the differential to the face of the transmission flange.


Measure from the face of the differential flange to the face of the transmission flange.
